Company Overview
Sinochem LUXI Engineering Co., Ltd., affiliated to LUXI Group, is the backbone of Sinochem Chemical Engineering Industry, and shoulders the engineering mission of Sinochem to build a world-class comprehensive chemical enterprise. it is equipped with a hoisting center and a machining center. With strong technical research, engineering design, equipment manufacturing, engineering construction, special equipment inspection and detection capabilities. The Company has built a technical center R&D building of nearly 40,000 m2, and has national and provincial enterprise technical centers and engineering research centers, provincial key laboratories, industry key laboratories, CNAS accredited laboratories and other technical innovation platforms; and it has a strong R&D team composed of doctors, masters, and professors and experts from many key universities and scientific research institutes at home and abroad, ensuring the continuous improvement of the research and development level for the engineering industry. At present, it has 138 sets of hoisting equipment, 22 sets of plate rolling equipment, 26 sets of large-scale equipment for cutting, milling, pipe bending and compressor, and more than 260 sets of various detection instruments such as physical experiment, chemical analysis, metallographic and digital ray DR detection, TOFD and phased array. The Company has established an annual production line of 4000 pieces of large-volume seamless steel cylinders and an annual assembly capacity of 300 sets of containers, long-tube trailers and bottle-type container groups. it has successively completed more than 70 engineering construction projects with a total construction amount of more than 33 billion Yuan and an annual equipment manufacturing capacity of 200,000 tons. It can provide many services such as EPC of chemical engineering projects, research and development of chemical equipment, engineering consultation and design, engineering installation, equipment manufacturing, device commissioning and operation, technology transfer and personnel training.
