Zirconium material was once a "big problem" in the industry because of its "delicate" properties such as high temperature oxidation sensitivity and welding deformation. Sinochem Luxi Engineering independently researched and developed two national patents of "Welding Method of Zirconium Alloy Pressure Vessel" and "Welding Process of Zirconium Material", and combined the process of "plasma beam+argon arc automatic welding", which achieved 99.9% qualified rate of flaw detection and exceeded 80% automation rate of equipment manufacturing. In the field of special material pressure vessel manufacturing, we successfully broke through the key technical barriers and firmly grasped the core technologies. Adhering to the concept of "do the best once, complete once", we always take "zero defect" as the yardstick. The zirconium tower built by it fills the gap in China and provides a new solution for the chemical industry.
